In May of 2016 when President-elect Donald J. Trump became the presumptive Republican Party nominee, McIntosh began raising funds for Trump Victory (a joint committee between Donald J. Trump for President and the Republican National Committee) in Texas. Texas became the number one state in terms of dollars raised for the campaign, playing an instrumental role in the success of the election.
In early 2015, Governor Jeb Bush selected McIntosh to serve as his Texas Finance Consultant to Right to Rise Super PAC and then later the Jeb 2016 campaign. TMC raised a total of $26 million in Texas over a fourteen-month period, which contributed to the GOP primary record-breaking national effort of over $150 million.
In 2012, Governor Mitt Romney chose McIntosh to develop and implement a successful strategy to raise over $20 million during a six-month period in North Texas. TMC exceeded those expectations and contributed to the Texas state-wide effort total of $56 million for Governor Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign.
In 2007, Senator John McCain selected McIntosh to direct his Texas fundraising efforts which resulted in a then-historic record of $42 million from Texas.
TMC plays an important role in helping national Republican efforts in Congress. Having worked with numerous individual U.S. Senate and House Members (TMC has represented 32 of 54 currently seated U.S. Senators), TMC has raised over $50 million dollars while working with all three national committees.
During the 2013-2014 cycle, McIntosh raised more than $12 million in individual federal campaign dollars to help Republicans win control of the U.S. Senate. McIntosh “put points on the board” during the National Republican Congressional Committee’s (NRCC) 2014 “Drive to 245” campaign. In addition, TMC worked with RNC National Finance Chairman, Ray Washburne, to raise record breaking committee dollars in Texas and around the country.
In the 2009-2010 cycle, McIntosh worked with the NRCC and long-term client Congressman Pete Sessions (TX-32), Chairman of House Committee on Rules and then NRCC Chairman, in the historic Republican take-over of the U.S. House of Representatives, raising record breaking funds from Texas.
In the state of Texas, McIntosh has deep roots in political fundraising efforts and has had the privilege to work with Texas leaders from Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst, State Senators John Carona and Florence Shapiro, State Representatives Dan Branch and Morgan Meyer to hundreds in-between. McIntosh has seen many changes in the state and continually innovates and adds new and creative methods to raise money. Additionally, TMC has enjoyed a more than 16-year partnership with Texas' #1 political action committee, Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR). Credited with the "Texas Miracle," TLR continues to keep Texas conservative and our state a business friendly model for the rest of the country.
Around the country, TMC has represented over 30 governors and other out-of-state officials, including: Governors Pence, Martinez, Haley, Allen, Jindal, and Schwarzenegger.
